The Position
In this role, you will:
  • Take charge of a VIP portfolio across Double Bay, Rose Bay, and Paddington, focusing on landlord relationships and high-end service
  • Conduct business development with a focus on retaining high-value clients
  • Oversee trust accounts, rent reviews, and lease renewals with precision
  • Collaborate closely with a Property Officer who manages tenant relations and daily tasks
  • Work within Property Tree software for streamlined management
The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 5+ years of PM experience and a passion for delivering 6-star service
  • A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • A knack for nurturing relationships, especially with high-net-worth clients
  • Impeccable presentation and a customer-first mindset
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
