The Position

Your responsibilities in the role of Senior Property Manager include:

• Managing a well-maintained property portfolio of 150 properties based in the City Fringe
• Nurture relationships with new and existing landlords and tenants
• Manage repairs and maintenance
• Rental arrears management
• Managing bond claims and attendance at NCAT when required
• Applications for Senior Property Manager and Property Manager will be considered

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Property Manager/Property Manager will have:

• A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Licence
• A reliable car and a valid driver's license
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• The ability to build strong relationships with external and internal clients
• Property Me experience is a huge PLUS
• Impeccable time management and organisational skills
• Knowledge of/experience working in the Inner-City & City Fringe ro East marketplace is ideal
