Our client operates a highly successful franchise real estate agency located in the St George area. Based in a modern office, they boast state of the art training systems and technologies along with incredible staff tenure.

An exciting NEW opportunity has now become available for an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to join this phenomenal team and manage a medium-sized portfolio of 120 properties. You will take the reins of an established portfolio with full support from a well-resourced property management department that offer full leasing, admin and accounts support.

The Position

In the role of Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a medium-sized portfolio of 120 properties
  • Conduct outgoing inspections
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants and nurture relationships
  • Organise repairs and maintenance work orders
  • Minimise and maintain rental arrears
  • Coordinate rent reviews and lease renewals
  • Prepare for and attend tribunal hearings as required

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager will have:

  • Previous experience in property management
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Knowledge of PropertyTree software an advantage
  • Exceptional communication skills and impeccable personal presentation
  • Top notch conflict resolution and problem solving ability
  • Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
