Due to growth, our client is now seeking a highly motivated Leasing Consultant who is eager to learn and hungry for success.

The Position

In the role of Leasing Consultant your main responsibilities will include:

  • Attending open homes
  • Liaise with tenants and landlords
  • Select and reference check potential tenants
  • Prepare lease agreements and bond documents
  • Advertise rental properties
  • Assist property manager with ingoing/outgoing inspections and condition reports
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance
  • Administrative duties as required
  • Monday to Saturday with one RDO during the week!



The Person

The ideal candidate for the role Leasing Consultant you will have:

  • A current Class 2 licence or be in the progress of obtaining
  • Passion for real estate and property and a vision to progress your career long-term
  • Ideally at least 6 months' experience in a similar position
  • Immaculate personal presentation and a highly professional demeanour
  • Exceptional people skills and a genuine drive to achieve results
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to cope with a high-volume workload
  • Someone with a real passion for real estate who wants to carve a long-term career
  • First class written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable car
