Our client is one of the leading development and construction businesses in Australia currently undergoing tremendous growth. They source, build and develop residential and mixed-use projects across metropolitan Sydney and are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team to manage a small 150 property portfolio across Schofields, St Marys, and Merrylands.

The Position

In the role of Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing properties in Schofields, St Marys and Merrylands
  • Landlord and tenant liaison
  • Conduct rent reviews and lease renewals
  • Scheduling and conducting outgoing and routine inspections
  • Complete repairs and maintenance
  • Rent arrears management
  • Monitoring and follow up of any defects and ongoing maintenance, assigning works and ensuring work orders are completed and actioned accordingly.
  • NCAT submissions and NCAT attendance
  • Insurance Claims

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager will have:

  • Experience as a Residential Property Manager
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • First class communication and customer service
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving ability
  • Impeccable personal presentation
  • The ability to work as part of a team or unsupervised
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Property Tree & Inspections manager experience DESIRED, but not essential
