The Position

In the role of Buyers Agent your key responsibilities will include:

• Researching, performing due diligence, and presenting properties in line with client briefs
• Studying local and interstate marketplaces for trends and opportunities
• Organising and attending inspections
• Liaising with the relevant conveyancers/solicitors, mortgage brokers, property managers and pest and building inspectors
• Handle pest and buildings and re- negotiate
• Negotiating on properties and executing contracts
• Perform due diligence on the properties & local surroundings to clients
• Coordinating pre-settlement inspections and managing the settlement process
• Nurturing clients and providing search updates throughout the buying process
• Fostering strong relationships with agents to secure properties on and off market

The Person

To be successful in the role as Buyers Agent you will have

• Previous experience as a Buyers Agent or Buyers Associate/Assistant or alternatively we would consider applications from selling Agents looking to transition to the Buyers side
• High level market knowledge of the real estate market
• An in depth understanding of the private treaty and auction process
• Excellent sales, influencing and negotiation skills
• Strong organisational skills, time management and the ability to multi task
• Integrity, transparency and a customer centric approach
