The Role:

• Oversee a portfolio of 150-180 local properties, building strong relationships with landlords
• Work with an Assistant handling opens, ingoings, and routine inspections
• Use PropertyTree and Inspection Manager to manage daily operations efficiently
• Report directly to management and contribute to the growth of the agency's rent roll
• Be a key part of a collaborative team of Property Managers in a growth-focused agency

The Person

• Previous experience as a Property Manager, confident in managing a portfolio
• Skilled in using PropertyTree and Inspection Manager, or a quick learner with similar systems
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with landlords and tenants
• Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work in-office full-time, with no WFH options, and available one Saturday per month
• A team player who contributes to a collaborative, supportive workplace
