The Position

Your responsibilities in the role of Property Manager include:

  • Managing a well-maintained property portfolio of no more than 110 properties
  • Develop strong relationships with landlord and tenants and trades
  • Conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
  • Deal with maintenance requests for the portfolio, admin, compliance
  • Conduct rent reviews
  • Minimise rental arrear



The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager will have:

  • Previous Property Management experience
  • Previous real estate experience in a similar role, or leasing is ideal, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn is far more important
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • First class communication and customer service
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving ability
  • Impeccable personal presentation
  • The ability to work as part of a team or unsupervised
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
