They are now seeking a switched-on, Property Manager who can take charge of a well-kept portfolio and focus on client relationships whilst being supported by a team who provide FULL leasing, accounts, admin and new business support! Your only focus will be on retaining managements and making sure that your clients are getting the best service in Sydney.

The Position

In the role of Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a small portfolio of approx. 170 properties
  • Nurture relationships with new and existing landlords and tenants
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests
  • Conduct rent reviews and coordinate lease renewals
  • Maintain and minimise rental arrears
  • Tribunal preparation and attendance if required

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager will have:

  • A solid track record in and passion for property management - minimum 2-3 years experience
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • A real nurturer who LOVES people and will go the extra mile to make clients happy
  • A stickler for detail who thrives on getting stuck into problems and nutting things out
  • Someone who can work autonomously but can also smash through collaborative tasks
  • Top notch presentation - you will be dealing with clients at the elite end of the Lower North Shore market who expect nothing less!
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
