The Position

In the role of Sales Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in prospecting the local area and leverage off the agent's current listings
  • Hit the ground running utilising your previous experiece and enthusiasm
  • Attend market appraisals and listing presentations
  • Build and maintain a database of client contacts
  • Arrange and attend open for inspections/private inspections on Saturdays
  • Assist with full campaign management
  • Buyer and vendor relationship management
  • Liaise with solicitors, vendors and buyers throughout the sales process

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Associate will have:

  • Previous real estate experience in a Sales Assistant or Sales Associate role is essential
  • You MUST know how to put deals together and work buyers
  • CURRENT NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Not afraid of rejection - you will be ready to hit the phones and do the hard graft to get results
  • PROACTIVE and on the ball with a 'can do' attitude
  • A strong communicator, negotiator and CLOSER who can build rapport effortlessly
  • A Grade presentation and a highly professional approach a must
  • Valid Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
